At Knollwood Labradors, we are passionate about Labrador Retrievers. We dedicate ourselves to breeding healthy, happy, and well-socialized pups, ensuring a joyful and fulfilling life for both dog and owner. Every litter we produce reflects this commitment, and we carefully select families who can provide our puppies with the loving, forever homes they deserve. Occasionally, we may have an older puppy or retired breeding dog available for placement – these special companions have a head start in house manners and come pre-spoiled, ready to relax and be showered with love in a new home.

But first, please take a moment to read the details about them below to see if our puppies are a good fit for you.
Each and every breeding and puppy is carefully planned with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, temperament, and breed quality. Our goal is to improve the breed with each generation, ensuring that each puppy embodies the best characteristics of the Labrador Retriever. We breed with the intent to keep a puppy or two from each litter to continue our line and enhance our breeding program. We are delighted to share the rest of our litter with the best companion homes. Our breeding values ensure that we maintain high standards and a deep connection to each generation of Labradors.
We take health seriously. Each dog in our breeding program undergoes rigorous health clearances and genetic testing including:
Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA): Hip and Elbow certification
Cardiac Testing: Echo and auscultation clearances
Eye Clearances: Annual eye exams
Additionally, our dogs are genetically tested for:
HNPK (Hereditary Nasal Parakeratosis)
PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy)
EIC (Exercise Induced Collapse)
CNM (Centronuclear Myopathy)
Coat color, coat length, and the dilute gene
Our puppies begin going to new homes at 8 weeks.
Each Knollwood Labrador Puppy comes with:
For the entire eight weeks, before they go to their forever homes, Knollwood puppies are raised in our home. This exposure to the day-to-day activities of our household ensures they are well-socialized and accustomed to the sights, sounds, and routines of a busy family environment.
